MISSION
The mission of AlphaGenesis Team 6436 is to compete in FTC competitions and also advocate the cause of technology in our local community. We want to develop skills and prepare students in STEM and soft skills so that they are thoroughly equipped for success in today's competitive environment. We are able to incorporate creative designs and art when building our robot and outreaching. Our team respects core values and teaches all members skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, gracious professionalism, creative problem solving, comprehension of perspectives and beliefs, and working under pressure.
VISION
Our vision is to be a world class competitive robotics program that outreaches to the community and engineers to learn from and teach others. We want to always improve every aspect of our team and be life long learners.
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to have fun, learn to work as a team, and to develop strong connections with our community. We want to be able to establish and keep these relationships to set a foundation for the future engineers in our community.
